Regulatory Reporting Automation (GxP platform)
Designed an enterprise web platform to automate first-draft regulatory reports using standardised templates, governed data sources, and audit-ready workflows. Led discovery and experience strategy — aligning scientists, regulatory stakeholders, QA/validation and engineering around a compliant north-star flow.
Outcome — Reduced ambiguity and rework. Strengthened readiness for validation and scale.
Integration UX — Document System ↔ Reporting Platform
Led UX strategy for a regulated integration: retrieving controlled documents as sources and publishing generated outputs back as draft versions. Defined safe flows for retrieval, comparison, role validation, retries and audit events — with no permanent storage of controlled documents.
Outcome — Governance-aligned UX that reduced operational risk and made the integration usable for non-technical authors.
Enterprise Workflow Redesign — Edit/Preview modes & guardrails
Redesigned core authoring and configuration flows by separating list pages from detail views, introducing explicit Edit vs Preview modes, and standardising save / exit / navigation patterns under compliance constraints (validation feedback, disabled states, destructive-action warnings).
Outcome — A scalable UI foundation with fewer accidental edits and clearer wayfinding.
